What was required

Vishal Mega Mart used biometric machines and manual offline systems for attendance across their stores. This led to mismanagement of attendance data and a lack of transparency.

Also, as their staff was frequently transferred from one store to another, keeping a clear record of their attendance data was a cumbersome task. Furthermore, collating reports from different systems into one centralized reporting system resulted in errors and data mismatches.
